We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Typically, most orders are shipped within 1 to 3 days.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing, with an additional transit time of 3-7 working days.

How can I make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order you will need to contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. We can change your delivery details, name, email and phone number.

How can I cancel my order? 

Please contact us within 4 hours if you wish to cancel your order. Once the order has been shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to process a cancellation.

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return within 30 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, certain items in our store, such as soaps and serums are non-returnable. However, hair removal serums may be eligible for return if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
